Our clinic is not a walk in clinic therefore all the appointments are arranged in advance either by booking online or on the phone. In both cases a deposit of £35.00 will be taken in advance to secure your session. You deposit goes towards your session and you pay the rest of the balance after your first treatment. The deposit is refundable based on our cancellation policy.

To ensure the smooth running of your appointments and our staff, we require 48 hours’ notice prior to your appointment, in case you need to cancel or rearrange your session. No charges will apply and you deposit will either be refunded in full or rolled on towards you next appointment.

Notification in less than 48 hours carries the minimum charge of £35.00

Notification of less the 24 hours carries the charge of the full fee of you treatment.
